My research interests are in the areas of the interaction of plants with their physical environment, climate change, carbon sequestration, nutrient and water use efficiencies, GHGs and agricultural model simulation (SPACSYS). My research program focuses on spatial variability of N2O emissions, process-based modelling of agricultural ecosystems. I have worked on various aspects of cropping system, climate change, and nutrient cycling at Wuhan Botanical Garden, CAS and University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China.
